This is my final watercolor leaf. This drawing was created with pencil and watercolors. The art elements included in this piece are line, value, shape, space, and color. The design elements include emphasis, portion/scale, and unity/harmony. When creating this, I learned how to blend colors with watercolor. When this is viewed, I think the audience sees something visually appealing, maybe calming. When I see this I feel relaxed, because this is easy to look at.
This is my final hallway drawing. This was created with pencil, an eraser, paper, and a ruler. The art elements included are line, shape, space, and value. The design elements integrated are proportion, and contrast. In creating this piece, I learned how to translate a real space into a 2D realm. What I hope viewers feel is that they are in the hallway, facing the door. When I look at this piece I see clean lines, and I feel very proud. |
